If you knew how much God loves you,
today would be much different
than you expected.
If you knew how much God loves you,
His blessings you would
not have rejected.
If you considered how much God loves you,
your weariness and uncertainties
If you acknowledged how much God loves you,
your misbehavior could be
forgiven and corrected.
If you really believed how much God loves you
you’d own up to your faults and shortcomings;
there have probably been a lot.
Others have ideas about evolution and stuff
that strains even the imagination,
If you give it much thought.
So, to be honest you’ll set aside those
seemingly logical concepts that
for so long you have been taught.
God, powerful Creator of Everything
sent His Son to die for our sins;
His forgiveness cannot be earned or bought.
Since you are going to die someday
the time to settle the issue of believing is now;
the truth of God must be sought.
If you knew how much God loves you
you’d want to know more about Jesus, Savior;
– seriously now, give this some thought.
If you knew how much God loves you
It would be easy to trust Him
and to obey.
Then your troubles turn into challenges —
opportunity to learn what to do
and what to say.
If you knew how much God loves YOU
you’d want to tell the others
about this good news.
YOU will grow in understanding and caring
by trusting and obeying His leading.
