Frustrated, discouraged?
tangled in life’s frantic maze?
There’s someone who can help you

no answering machine,
no forms to file in triplicate,
no CLOSED sign to be seen.

no standing in line;

“just ran out” of things Divine.
No computer that is down;
no busy signal to hear.
God Himself hears every prayer,
He’s not far off, but very near.
No putting you on hold,
no irregulars or second best;
with our Father there’s no need
to postpone your request.
No ritual is required,
no demanded formality;
prayer is an altogether
wondrous reality.
God already sees and knows,
but still He invites you to come.
Talk to Him about anything,
anytime until you’re done.
Say: “Good-bye, aggravation!”
trust God to get you through.

He really cares for you!
