Where Can You Find Inspiration?

On the Internet, Biblegateway has 20 Bible versions, from the formal, venerated King James Version to the newest translations in English, and also has many foreign language translations.  From a word search to bringing up passages of Scripture it's easy to bring up this information.  Take a few minutes to include some inspirational reading every day. You will be blessed with confident hope!

The Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) give the account of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection. From there through the last book of the Bible the word “resurrection” appears 27 times: it’s in Acts, Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, Philippians, 2 Timothy, Hebrews, 1 Peter, and Revelation.

Of course, the concept of life after death is found in the Old Covenant (the Old Testament) of the Bible. It makes a very worthwhile study, but even reading on a beginning level the truth about God’s perfection and justice, His love and grace is there for your discovery.  Here are a few of my favorite Bible verses:

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him shall not perish,
but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16

“If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
1 John 1:9

Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
No one comes to the Father, but through Me.”
John 14:6

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.”
Psalm 23:6

"I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely
with joy and peace because you trust in Him.
Then you will overflow with confident hope
through the power of the Holy Spirit."
Romans 15:13, NLT
